Ginty loves New Orleans and has been on the Crescent City airwaves for nearly 30 years. A die-hard fan of Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, and all things NOLA, he’s as much a part of the city as the music he plays.

Over the years, Ginty has interviewed everyone from Metallica, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Smashing Pumpkins and Better Than Ezra to countless other artists. He’s fallen off more stages around town than he cares to admit while introducing bands—and somehow lived to tell the stories.

A former Public Address announcer for the New Orleans Brass, a current float captain in the Krewe of Tucks, and yes… a pirate, Ginty brings real New Orleans flavor to everything he does.
