Jefferson Parish Schools is hosting a job fair to fill immediate openings across the district.
Attendees will have the chance to interview directly with principals and district representatives. The district is hiring for a wide range of positions, and the event is open to the public.
Applicants are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their cover letter and resume. Those applying for teaching positions should also bring copies of their teaching certificate.
The job fair will take place at the East Jefferson High School gym, located at 400 Phlox Avenue in Metairie.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 12.
