A Slidell man has been arrested after allegedly making a sexual proposition to a group of minors in a parking lot Monday morning.
According to Slidell Police, on Monday around 6 a.m. they responded to the Big Lots parking lot in Slidell, after a report of a suspicious man approaching a group of minors walking near the store.
It was reported that the man drove up to the group and asked one of the minors if he could perform oral sex on him.
They immediately rejected the man’s advances and he drove away.
The minors were able to provide police with a detailed description of the car and a license plate number.
With this information, police were able to identify the man as Rene Hocke, 67, of Slidell.
Hocke confessed to the allegations and was arrested and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile.
