A Flash Flood warning has been issued for for Jefferson and St. Charles Parishes until 8 p.m. pm due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.
Between 0.5in and 1.5in have fallen and additional rainfall amounts of up to 3in are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
Neutral ground parking is allowed for New Orleans until 10 p.m.
