First Lady Melania Trump is expected to attend the LSU vs. Alabama game in Baton Rouge this weekend, according to a statement from the Office of the First Lady.
First Lady Melania Trump and LSU have secured $5 million for a permanent scholarship endowment supporting LSU students who have experienced foster care.
The First Lady will announce the funding in Baton Rouge on Saturday before attending the football game, where the Fostering the Future campaign will be featured.
This also comes as LSU released updated safety measures for Saturday’s home game against Alabama.
The game kicks off at 2:30 p.m.
