The New Orleans Police Department has released new video from an armed robbery at a Taco Bell in Algiers.
Police say the robbery happened around 11:44 p.m. on Friday night in the 4300 block of General De Gaulle Drive.
The suspect attempted to place an order on foot at the drive-thru window but was told by employees that this was against company policy, which led to his agitation.
NOPD says the man climbed through the window with a gun and demanded food from the staff.
Despite his threats, the employees refused to comply with his demands.
The suspect exited through the window and left the area on a motorized scooter.
Anyone with information on the man’s identity is asked to call Crimestoppers or 4th District detectives at 504-658-6040.
