Stanley of New Orleans, a popular restaurant in Jackson Square, will close permanently on Labor Day, its owners announced.
The owner told WDSU it was a tough decision, explaining that their lease is up and construction and food costs contributed to the closing.
Monday, Labor Day, will be the restaurant’s last day of operation.
Owners Chef Scott Boswell and his wife, Tanya Boswell, are known for featuring breakfast all day, delicious sandwiches, Italian sodas, house-made ice creams, milkshakes and Louisiana favorites.
