Tropical Storm Warnings have been issued for portions of the Upper Texas and Southwestern Louisiana coast. This means that tropical storm conditions are expected there within 36 hours.
Tropical Storm Edouard is moving slowly west-northwest toward the upper Texas or southwestern Louisiana coast, where it could arrive Tuesday or Tuesday night.
