The City of New Orleans has announced its Deputy Director of Public Works.
Scott Boyle, who served with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, will now serve as the Deputy Director of Public Works.
He will work directly under Steve Nelson, Deputy CAO of Infrastructure and Director of Public Works.
“We are very excited to have Scott Boyle join our team. He has served with DOTD for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience around traffic, maintenance, engineering, design, leadership, and all the tools necessary to continue building the Department of Public Works into a fully functional and responsive group equipped to maintain our streets, sidewalks, signs, signals, and lights,” said Director of Public Works Steve Nelson.
In this role, Boyle will be responsible for the city’s roadway lights, traffic signals, and streets and sidewalks.
