The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person.
Police say Kemon Terrell, 22, went missing Monday night.
NOPD says at approximately 6:00 p.m., Terrell left his residence in the 1500 block of Tennessee Street. Terrell returned approximately 15 minutes later, hugged his family, and then left again through a neighbor’s backyard.
Terrell has not been seen or heard from since.
Family members reported recent changes in Terrell’s behavior that have caused concern for his safety and well-being.
Terrell was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, red shorts and black slippers. He has an earring in each ear and was wearing a gold cross necklace.
