A fire in a Terrytown apartment complex displaced 13 residents, including 11 adults and two children, and left four of six units damaged.
The fire started around 2 p.m. at 733 Carrollwood Village Drive, and firefighters say the blaze started inside the walls of one apartment.
The fire department credited its fast response for limiting the damage to four units.
Officials are still investigating whether rainy conditions or nearby lightning strikes played a role in the fire.
When crews first arrived, they called in additional support to manage the situation.
No injuries were reported.
