The Ponchatoula Police Department arrested a man who allegedly stole items at a market.
Jayce Billiot was arrested on July 9 after learning that Billiot, a booth vendor at Mother Mulberry’s Market was allegedly stealing from fellow booth vendors.
Billiot was seen on surveillance video stealing items from multiple vendors, according to police.
He is being charged with theft and was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
