Get ready for another hot day! Highs reach 91-94 degrees with a heat index just below 108 for most places.
We’ll see mostly sunny skies with the chance for a few spotty storms. Most areas will end up staying dry.
As we head into the weekend, we are expecting to see more temperatures in the low to mid 90s, but we could see heat advisories get issued at the end of the weekend into early next week as high pressure continues to build. This will also keep us mostly dry.
By Tuesday, that high pressure moves up north, causing our area to see more rain moving in from the east. Rain chances are expected to increase Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Rainfall amounts and timing for next week will become more clear over the weekend.
