Louisiana State Police arrested a Washington Parish man accused of killing his passenger and leading officers on a chase.
On April 27, 19-year-old Daniel Allen Teoulet was asked to pull over for a traffic violation, according to troopers.
Teoulet then tried to speed off and ended up crashing the car, which led to the death of 16-year-old Destiny Matran, according to investigators.
Teoulet now faces charges of manslaughter, aggravated flight from officers and reckless operation of a vehicle.
