A Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 12:30 p.m. for portions of St. Bernard, Jefferson, and Orleans parishes.
Several streets have already started to flood.

According to Streetwise NOLA, the following streets are flooded:
- CARROLLTON UNDERPASS
- 9648 OLD GENTILLY RD
- TULANE AV / AIRLINE HWY
- 4001 S CARROLLTON AV
The Flash Flood Warning will be in effect until 12:30 p.m.
Residents should not drive through flooded streets.
