Bon Iver has shared a new song titled “Second Nature.” The song, co-written by Nicholas Britell, appears on the soundtrack of the Adam McKay–directed film Don’t Look Up. Justin Vernon co-produced “Second Nature” with Britell and Chris Messina. The track also has contributions from yMusic’s CJ Camerieri (French horn and trumpet) and Rob Moose (strings), as well as Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner (vocals). Listen to “Second Nature” below.
The Britell-produced Don’t Look Up soundtrack also features “Just Look Up,” a collaboration between Ariana Grande and Kid Cudi, who also each appear in the movie. Don’t Look Up stars Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Timothée Chalamet, Cate Blanchett, Tyler Perry, and others. The film hits Netflix on December 24.
