Louisiana thunderstorms, high winds impact Causeway Bridge

Due to thunderstorms, high winds, crosswinds and poor visibility, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and glass trucks are not allowed on the Causeway Bridge at this time.

The alert was sent out Saturday just before 8 a.m.
