If you’re heading out to French Quarter Festival, the weather is expected to cooperate.
Let’s break it down by days!
Thursday:
Highs are expected to rise to the low to mid 80s for the afternoon with partly cloudy skies.
There is a chance for a spotty shower, but the chance is really low. Most areas will end up staying dry.
Friday:
Highs are also expected to be in the mid 80s with partly cloudy skies.
We are not expecting to see any rain.
Saturday:
Highs will be possibly be in the mid to upper 80s!
Saturday could be the warmest day of the fest! We are also not expecting to see any rain.
Sunday:
A cold front will move in early Sunday morning, bringing along showers for first thing Sunday morning. Most of the rain will move out before 8 a.m.
The rain does not appear to be heavy enough to have any major impacts. It will bring in some cooler air from the north, lowering our humidity.
Temperatures throughout the festival will be in the 60s and 70s.
