A trial date for a former model and convicted sex offender has been delayed again.
Dean Kelly’s trial has been postponed until May following a pre-trial conference.
Kelly served jail time for a decade on sexual assault charges. While he was in prison, he also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of threatening a public official.
After his release from jail, Kelly was arrested in 2024, accused of violating his probation by using social media dating sites and not registering as a sex offender.
Another pre-trial date was set for May 20.
