Deputies evicted a group of spring breakers early Wednesday after someone threw glass bottles from a balcony in a private community in Miramar Beach, Fla., the Walton County Sheriff’s Office said.
A security guard called deputies just before 3 a.m. He said a bottle almost hit him while he made his rounds. He told deputies he saw someone toss bottles from a second‑story balcony.
Deputies arrived and found broken glass and empty alcohol containers on the driveway and road. They ordered everyone out of the home. No one was 21. Deputies said the rental was booked by the mother of one of the teens. Most of the group goes to LSU in Baton Rouge.
Aidan Baker, 19, was arrested after he admitted to throwing the bottles.
Baker is charged with “Breach Of The Peace,” according to jail records.
He is due in court Thursday for a bond hearing.
