CARIBBEAN SEA:
A tropical wave with is moving over the Windward islands Sunday with widespread thunderstorms and gusty winds. The system currently lacks a defined center, but that is expected to change as it drifts westward into the warm waters of the south Caribbean.
There is now high confidence in this system becoming a tropical depression in the Caribbean during the middle or end of this work week.
WHAT WE KNOW:

- Development over the next 3-7 days: Medium, 70%.
IMPACTS TO LAND:
- Heavy rain and gusty winds occurring over the Windward Islands late Sunday into early Monday.
