The Kenner Police Department has arrested a man in connection with video voyeurism at a business in the city.
The incident happened at Signs Etc. NOLA, according to the Kenner Police Department.
Police say an employee was using the bathroom when she spotted a camera mounted under the sink. She removed the memory card and took it home.
“She brought it home to her husband. They looked at it and saw that somebody had been secretly recording people using the bathroom. So she came back to work, she dialed 911,” Police Chief Keith Conley said.
During a review of the recordings, the business owner, identified as Henry Rios, 57, of Kenner, was seen manipulating the position of the camera and later putting the device in his office, according to police.
According to Kenner police, three victims were identified in the case, but more than 500 photos and recordings dating back to Sept. 5 have been collected by deputies.

Detectives also recovered 13 thumb drives, five memory cards, and a concealable camera that looked like an alarm clock.
Rios was arrested and is facing three charges of video voyeurism.
Kenner police still need to look through the contents of the storage devices, and say Rios could face more charges if additional victim are identified.
Police are also urging area businesses that may have worked with Rios to inspect restrooms and other private areas for concealed cameras.
Those who find any concealed devices should contact Kenner police and restrict access to the area until it can be examined by authorities.
