The New Orleans Saints staged a tremendous second-half comeback and beat the powerful Baltimore Ravens to earn their first win of the 2026 season.
The final score 24-17.
The Saints scored 15 points in the 4th quarter to secure victory.
The Black & Gold are 1-1 overall.
Quarterback Tyler Shough passe for 252 yards and a score and he rushed for another 24, including the game winning 1-yard touchdown with less than 2:00 in the game.
The Saints defense held Baltimore to just 3 points in the second half and overall sacked Ravens star QB Lamar Jackson three times.
The Saints now return for back-to-back home games.
They’ll host the Las Vegas Raiders next Sunday, Sept. 27 and then on Monday, Oct. 5 it’s the “Domecoming.”
The 20th anniversary of the Superdome re-opening after Hurricane Katrina.
Just like in 2006, the Saints host the Atlanta Falcons in the game on Oct. 5
