LSU starting quarterback Sam Leavitt is listed as doubtful to play Saturday night against Ole Miss in Oxford.
Leavitt’s name appeared on the Wednesday SEC availability report.
The injury is not listed on the report.
According to Pete Nakos of On3, Leavitt is dealing with a sore throwing shoulder and has been limited in practice
Leavitt has thrown for 574 yards, 2 touchdowns and 4 interceptions through two games this season.
He also has 135 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns.
Last season at Arizona State, Leavitt suffered a right midfoot Lisfranc injury against Baylor.
He returned to full strength once the Tigers kicked off fall camp.
If Leavitt doesn’t play Saturday, LSU head coach Lane Kiffin will have to start Landen Clark or Husan Longstreet.

Former Ole Miss and current LSU linebacker TJ Dottery is listed as questionable.
Saturday’s anticipated game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m.
