However, upper-level winds are forecast to become unfavorable for further development by late week as the system nears the Lesser Antilles.

Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic: A second tropical wave is projected to push off the west coast of Africa on Tuesday. Gradual development is possible during the middle-to-latter part of the week as the wave moves westward over the eastern and central Atlantic.
