Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office believes it has located the remains of a man who went missing on Sunday in Franklinton.
Deputies say they located suspected remains of George Stevens on Tuesday around 4:49 p.m. in a rural area outside of Franklinton.
Stevens was last seen on Sunday at his home off of East Fairgrounds Road in Franklinton.
He left in his 2006 blue Chevrolet pick-up truck around 9 p.m.
