A Mandeville man faces a video voyeurism charge after he allegedly recorded a woman while she used a tanning bed at a local gym.
Nathan Volz, 27, is accused of recording the woman at Crunch Fitness in Mandeville, according to an attorney representing one of the alleged victims. The attorney told WDSU the incident happened last month while Volz reportedly worked at the gym.
The attorney said authorities could file additional charges.
Court records show a judge set Volz’s bond at $20,000. He has since posted bond and was released.
WDSU has contacted Crunch Fitness and the Mandeville Police Department for comment.
Volz is scheduled to return to court next month.
