Three men robbed at gunpoint after getting off bus in New Orleans East

The New Orleans Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened in New Orleans East, Monday night.

According to the NOPD, the armed robbery happened in the 7500 block of Forest Glen Boulevard around 8:49 p.m.

Police say three men got off a bus and were followed by two suspects.

The suspects pulled guns and asked for the men’s property, and they complied, according to police.

The suspects were last seen running away on Morrison Road towards Read Boulevard.
