The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that left one person hospitalized in Roseland.
Deputies say they were alerted by a local hospital about a 21-year-old man who showed up to the ER with multiple gunshot wounds. He remains in critical, is in stable condition.
The shooting happened on Wednesday afternoon on Sawdust Lane in Roseland.
Deputies believe the victim met a group of individuals at the location and at some point, shots were fired.
No additional injuries have been reported.
