Councilman David Cougle issued the following statement asking for the public’s help in the investigation into the incident:
“I have been made aware of the graffiti painted on the road on Herwig Bluff last night. I have reported this to Public Works to fix, but if you have any camera footage or information about the people who did so, please email me or contact the Sheriff’s Office directly. dcougle@sttammany.gov.”
