A FLASH FLOOD WARNING is in effect until 12:30 p.m. for portions of St. Bernard, Jefferson, and Orleans parishes.
We’ve already seen a couple of inches fall over the past couple of days.
An additional 1-2 inches are possible this morning, which could lead to street flooding.
Bands of heavy rain are expected to fall over the same spots for the next couple of hours.
Conditions are expected to improve in the afternoon.
