Hayley Williams is bringing “The Hayley Williams Show” to New Orleans as part of a newly expanded tour across North and Latin America.
The North American leg will include support from Magdalena Bay and Rico Nasty. Singer-songwriter Annie DiRusso will join the tour for Latin America and Puerto Rico.
Williams will be performing at Champion Square on October 11.
An artist presale begins May 12 at 10 a.m. local time. General ticket sales begin May 14 at 10 a.m. local time.
The tour follows quick sellouts at several major venues, including Espaço Unimed in São Paulo, Forest Hills Stadium in Queens and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, according to the announcement.
Williams is touring behind her album “Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party.” The new tour is expected to include songs from all three of her solo albums, along with other surprises.
In North America, $1 from each ticket sold will benefit REVERB and Support+Feed. In Latin America, the local currency equivalent of $1 per ticket sold will support food access and climate work in the region.
Williams is best known as the lead singer of Paramore. The band has played New Orleans at least six times. Those shows include stops at The Sugar Mill in 2008, UNO Lakefront Arena in 2010, City Park for Voodoo Music Experience in 2013, the Saenger Performing Arts Theater in 2015, Champions Square in 2018 and Smoothie King Center in 2023.
Williams has won three Grammy Awards with Paramore. The band’s 2013 self-titled album included “Ain’t It Fun,” which won best rock song in 2015. Paramore later won best rock album and best alternative music performance for work from “This Is Why.”
Williams’ solo album “Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party” was also nominated for multiple Grammy Awards. The album was released through her Post Atlantic Records and distributed by Secretly Distribution.
