The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a body found in a canal in the Tickfaw area on Monday.
Deputies believe the body is an adult man who was found around 6:30 p.m. along Pravata Lane.
TPSO says two kids were fishing in the canal when they found the body.
No other information has been found at this time.
