There is a new millionaire in Mandeville. Rainer Wittich won a $1 million prize in the Feb. 2 Powerball drawing. He purchased his ticket from Mandeville Extra Mile, located at 4095 Highway 59 in Mandeville.
He took home $730,000 after state and federal tax withholdings.
The winning numbers for the Feb. 2 drawing were 03-08-31-60-65, and the red Powerball number was 04.
Mandeville Extra Mile will receive a $10,000 bonus, or 1% of the prize amount, for selling the ticket.
