Today is a WDSU First Warning Weather Impact Day due to a Dense Fog Advisory until 9 a.m. Visibility will drop to less than a mile in some spots.
We do have smoke in the atmosphere, so the other thing to watch out for will be the potential for super fog because of smoldering fires in the areas that could lead to problems.
After the fog clears, highs rise to the upper 70s to low 80s with partly cloudy skies. It’ll be another day with no rain in the area.
We do have the potential for more fog Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Highs throughout the week stay in the low to close to mid 80s.
We are expecting rain chances near the end of the week, late Thursday into Friday. We could see some lingering over into Saturday.
