Slidell police arrested four men who fled the scene of a crash on Interstate 12.
According to police, they responded to a hit-and-run crash on Brownswitch Road.
The suspects in the grey SUV, fled the scene but the car flipped as they were trying to leave the scene.
The men in the car were found hiding in the woods and arrested.
All four suspects were uninjured.
Slidell police said they are now facing multiple charges and could be subject to deportation for allegedly being in the U.S. illegally.
