LEADING TROPICAL WAVE:
A tropical wave south of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing a relatively small cluster scattered showers and storms. Conditions aren’t very favorable, so if this system does strengthen and organize it will likely develop slowly as it tracks west at 15-20 mph across the Atlantic.

TROPICAL WAVE TO EMERGE FRIDAY:
A tropical wave set to move out of Africa and into the Atlantic on Friday could show some slow development over the weekend and through next week as it moves west-northwest.
