Power restored for residents in St. Tammany after outage due to lightning

Power has been restored for residents in St. Tammany after lightning caused an outage in the Folsom area.

The outage map showed more than 4,000 customers without power in St. Tammany.

According to Washington-St. Tammany Electric, the outage was reported around 7:17 p.m. and was due to the lightning.
