Another day of heat and storms are expected in Southeast Louisiana.
Highs today rise to the upper 80s to low 90s but feeling like the upper 90s with a few spots feeling like 100.
Showers and storms arrive after 2 p.m. These will be isolated, but should not be as intense as Tuesday. There is still a chance for some areas of flash flooding. Most of the showers and storms come to an end by late evening.
Lows tonight fall to the 70s with muggy conditions.
The rest of the week into the weekend with be more of the same. We’re expecting temperatures this week to be consistent in the upper 80s to low 90s. We’ll have daily chances for afternoon showers and storms.
