The St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify a man’s body found Saturday morning in Convent.
Deputies say they responded to the report of the body found at 11:30 a.m. in the St. James canal near Highway 3125.
The unidentified man was wearing no shirt and blue jeans.
The investigation is ongoing.
